Work-related training is done in house as well as by external institutions

Crescent Syndicate has hired the services of a professional Training Consultant to deal with all Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental issues on top priority.

Driving is the key that exposes our employees to greatest risk, Standards are implemented to cover the risk, to avoid risk causing fatalities & injuries to employee, his families, contractors, & clients.

We give them proper training on defensive driving & Safe working on Crane.

On February 02, 2008 Crescent Syndicate hired the services of Consult & Train (Pvt) Ltd, fro the course of Accredited Driver Training & Assessment, the main objectives and outcomes of that training are as follows.
